Microblading

Microblading

Have you been thinking about getting your brows microbladed? I'm sure you have many questions. Let me explain the process and answer some of the most common questions.

Microblading is the technique of manually creating hair-like strokes, that mimic your natural brow hairs. It is a service to enhance your brows, whether you want them filled in, reshaped, color changed, or evening out. Your brows will be prepped with a topical anesthetic to reduce discomfort, and swelling and increase healing.

Your brows will be measured according to your specific desire. You will be able to choose the color. You will be a part of the entire process, not just the technician. You will at all times have a mirror in hand so you can aid in making any corrections at any time.

Typically it takes 4-6 weeks to heal. After the healing process, you will schedule an additional appointment for anything that may need to be touched up, darker color (typically your initial services will lighten up several shades.) It may be in your best interest to talk with your technician about going a shade darker than what you initially would like, due to fading.)

Aftercare is the most important thing! No picking, scratching, or touching them! They must heal and scab over on their own. The technician will go over in depth how to care for them at home. Also, printed materials will be sent home with you after.

Microblading is a semi-permanent type of tattooing. The pigment only goes into the epidermis. You should plan on getting a touch-up each year or so, depending on each individual.

Schedule a consultation today! No pressure just FUN! Let's see if you will be a good candidate for microblading. See you soon!
